DIVINE MADNESS

Part dress ups, part eccentric couture is the best way to describe the style of fashion designer Alice Rawlinson. The name Divine Madness perfectly represents her contradictory style of design, embodying both daring and feminine qualities simultaneously.

The latest collection ‘Skin’ was built around the idea of distortion of the human body, stemming from a fascination with alien life forms. Using a neutral colour palette and unusual draping of fabric, a kind of excess skin is created, which is manipulated into a range of designs. The fabric choices allow the designs to remain soft and feminine, despite the collection’s unworldly connotations.
